vvlj Terms and Conditions for All Registered Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and vvlj ("vvlj," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the vvlj platform, including the website at vvlj.app, all games, sports betting products, promotional offers, and related services.

By registering an account, accessing any vvlj service, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any vvlj service.

These Terms should be read alongside the vvlj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vvlj. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use vvlj, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or such higher minimum legal age for gambling as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and where you are permitted to access the vvlj platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or prohibited player register that applies to vvlj or its licensed partners.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of vvlj or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

vvlj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Common acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID with photograph, passport, or other documents as specified by vvlj's verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of account access and the holding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account at vvlj. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is a material breach of these Terms. vvlj may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with a player found to hold duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held in those accounts pending investigation.

When registering your vvlj account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration flow.

You must keep your registered account information current. If any of your details change — including your contact email address, mobile number, or payment channel details — you must update your vvlj account promptly. vvlj is not responsible for failed payments, lost funds, or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

vvlj reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform — vvlj may suspend or close accounts for legitimate business, regulatory, or security reasons at any time.

4 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vvlj login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. vvlj will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any person claiming to be vvlj support who requests your password should be treated as a fraudulent contact and reported immediately.

All activity conducted through your vvlj account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and personal details changed — is your responsibility. You are bound by all actions taken through your account whether authorised by you or not, except in cases where vvlj is demonstrably at fault for a security breach on its own systems.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your vvlj account when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other platforms or services.
• Contact vvlj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep the payment apps linked to your vvlj account — GCash, Maya, or your banking apps — secured separately with their own access controls.

vvlj may temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected. In such cases, you will be notified through your registered contact details and asked to complete additional verification before access is restored.

5 Deposits

vvlj accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱) only. Supported deposit channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers from BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks. The list of supported channels may be updated from time to time — the current list is always visible on the vvlj deposit page.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. vvlj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not registered in your name, vvlj reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and suspend your vvlj account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed on the deposit screen before you initiate a transaction. Deposit limits set by vvlj or through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings take precedence over the channel's own transaction limits.

vvlj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment channel provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits which are outside vvlj's control. Always check your payment app's terms before initiating a large transfer.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your vvlj account are processed to the payment channel verified against your account. You must complete identity verification — including submission of a valid government-issued ID — before any withdrawal can be approved. vvlj will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own name.

Processing times vary by channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests. vvlj aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or if additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal request screen.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending verification of identity, payment source, or compliance with bonus wagering requirements.
• vvlj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests before processing.
• Funds associated with active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Ensure the name on your vvlj account exactly matches the name on your payment channel to avoid processing delays.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified through your registered contact details with the reason for the decline and, where applicable, the steps required to resolve the issue.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through vvlj are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Game-specific rules, payout structures, and market settlement conditions are accessible from within each game or betting section on the vvlj platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the relevant rules before placing any bet.

Once a bet is confirmed at vvlj, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless vvlj specifically offers a cash-out or edit feature for that market and it is available at the time of the request. Markets may be suspended, voided, or settled early at vvlj's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: events being postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or affected by circumstances that render the market unsettleable under standard rules.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect payouts being displayed or applied, vvlj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. vvlj is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from manifest errors in pricing or settlement.

8 Promotions and Bonus Terms

vvlj offers promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, enhanced odds, free bets, and reload promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms that override any general understanding of how bonuses work.

Every active promotion at vvlj will specify the following before opt-in:

• Wagering requirement: The number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and sports bets may contribute a different percentage or may be excluded entirely.
• Minimum qualifying deposit or bet: The minimum PHP ₱ amount required to trigger the promotion.
• Time limit: The period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and associated winnings that expire unmet are forfeited.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus wagering requirement is open may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Promotions at vvlj are available to one account per player, per household address, per device, and per payment account. Any attempt to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or coordinated activity will result in the voiding of all promotional credits and may trigger account suspension.

vvlj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, the promotion terms that applied at the time of opt-in will be honoured.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvlj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or share accounts.
• Attempting to launder money or use the vvlj platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Using payment channels belonging to a third party without their express authorisation.
• Accessing vvlj from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with vvlj's systems, software, or security measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vvlj staff or other players through any communication channel.

vvlj employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account behaviour, and payment anomalies. Players under investigation for prohibited conduct may have their accounts restricted and withdrawals held while the investigation is ongoing. vvlj will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies where required.

10 Responsible Gaming

vvlj takes responsible gaming seriously as a core platform obligation, not merely as a regulatory requirement. Gambling carries real financial risk and can become harmful when it stops being entertainment. vvlj provides the following tools to all registered accounts at no charge and without requiring a support request to activate:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PHP ₱ you can add to your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period. vvlj will stop accepting bets once the limit is reached.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to prompt you to review your session and take a break if needed.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a period you choose — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from all vvlj services for a minimum period of 6 months, up to lifetime exclusion. vvlj will use reasonable measures to prevent you from registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period.

If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or relationship difficulties, vvlj urges you to use these tools immediately and to seek support from a qualified counselling service. vvlj staff are not trained counsellors, but they can direct you to self-exclusion options and signpost relevant support services available in the Philippines.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vvlj platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of vvlj or its content and technology licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the vvlj platform or its content.

The vvlj name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of vvlj. You may not use these marks in any context without prior written authorisation from vvlj.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvlj's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the following:

• vvlj is not liable for gambling losses incurred through normal platform use. Losses from betting and gaming are a normal and expected outcome of gambling and are not compensable.
• vvlj is not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, third-party payment processing failures, or force majeure events.
• vvlj is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• vvlj's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in any calendar year shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to vvlj in that calendar year, excluding any promotional credits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vvlj may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vvlj will notify registered players through the contact details on file — typically by email or through an in-platform notification — prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published at vvlj.app/terms-conditions with the revision date.

Your continued use of the vvlj platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must cease using vvlj and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance through the support channel.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of vvlj are governed by the laws of the Philippines. In the event of a dispute between you and vvlj, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through vvlj's internal complaints process before pursuing any external legal remedy.

To raise a complaint, contact vvlj support through the channel listed in Section 15 below, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. vvlj will acknowledge your complaint and provide an initial response within five business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority with jurisdiction over vvlj's operations.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be conducted in the courts of the Philippines.
